episode dos: tip numero dos the old G's of school!
Disclaimer: this might seem a bit harsh on people that work on the education industry but to tell you the truth, who cares! seriously if you can't expose a point and explain it in any way possible, what good is it to reconsider our own goals if we are just gonna take everything with critical if it presents an slight sense of harshness. So, to those people who might get offended, whatever...
I'm just another teacher, 2nd year going hard and attempting to get to my 5th because if you are not informed I'm sort of condemned and schedule to quite by my 5th year...
but this, this helps, it helps me and hopefully it helps those who like me would like to find a good venting window where you could pretty much tell everyone to fuck off! we are here for the kids and education and yes we are allowed to be angry and to say whatever pops in our head and release that stress only we go through in our job... anyways,

I'm currently listening to "Denver" is a chilean band, pretty good indie music and it does help on my writing therefore it is on the background while I gather my thoughts...
so today, we are going to talk about another clan that also lives inside your school, and they are the Old G's...
man! they are really something else, they are something else, there is a wide variety and nonetheless they are extraordinaire by nature.
how you may ask, and to tell you the truth I sort of do not know entirely, since it is my 2nd year here, but as far as I know there are 3 types,
there are the ... You should retire already ones!
The... "the union will hear about this" ones..
and the kind hearted ones that you wish they will never leave but you also want to learn so much about them that it is hard to believe it is almost over for them, and they will not be there around anymore...
I, and to be honest, had been encountering them as I keep growing on this profession, for example the .. "the union will hear about this" type, they are usually thought as the metal hammer that molded this nations railroad track but if you are able to enter that circle, you will be exposed to an spectrum of impossibilities! they are the wise people who without the use of technology can teach a kid how to do a bunch of things...
yes, they are the old g's.. but if something tempers with their equilibrium, be ready to hear the rampant stampede of a million wild mustangs ravage through the halls as you hear their war screams revive those old battles that you believed were long gone and revitalize them with a newly acquired vitality that as far as I know, might be coming from the souls of those young-lings they have been mentoring for decades! so yeah, I don't mess around with them and stand my distance no matter what, always greet them with a reverence only the mightiest should receive and stand my ground, and if possible stay away from their radius...
then you have the .. "c'mon please retire" type...
some of them are older than the papyrus of some of the apostles writings, their words not only depict places you have only heard about in dreams but they are living proof that teaching was actually a respected profession!
one of them is actually pretty nice and all but her health is sort of questionable, and at times is hard to understand how on earth is it possible for her to maintain that motion...
but it is just weird how nature does that!
(on another episode: the librarians reminder that racism was bad, and constantly reminding you that it was... but sort of... kinda was not)
yes, there has been, and I'm only saying this because I heard that there was a whispering verse roaming through our halls and rooms that was sort of, notice my excessive use of "sort of" for the lack of better English.... so yeah sort of.. was calling out to her... kinda claiming her soul once and for all, but apparently it was just not strong enough...
so.... she still roams our hallways and if you are not aware of her presence you could feel a cold breeze arriving from the north inside a closed and sealed building, weird I know but... it is what it is, just to prove how weird nature could get...
and lastly but not least important is that other teacher whose age can't be computed and it is hard to explain her existence when you find out her true age!
man they even joke about things like "well I have been teaching even before you were alive, even before your dad was alive, even before of times past, even before there was a recollection of time...
.
ok you get my drift...
but they maintain in a state of pure enlightenment and radiate with knowledge that pours out from every word they might say...
i have learned from them so much,... they are the ones you should find quick, because they will grant you their wisdom and patience for your journey LINK! here grab this, you will need this! hand you an assorted collection of worksheets!
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the light shines from behind her, it was just the alarm from her cellphone, which was just reminding us that our planning period was over! OVER!
on tomorrows episode: ... i don't know yet but .. there sure will be one tomorrow.
